We were out doing errands and Destiny entertained us with her songs. A singing baby is a happy child. It sure made grandma and grandpa happy.

Destiny's Afterbath

We have a ritual for bath time. I add things to it when I've seen she has learned the last one. I've added the towel to the head now because she notices that I wrap my hair after. She is such a girl! She usually dives for the cupboard where her hair spray is to detangle...she's so funny.
After we dress we go in and look in the mirror to ask Tinker Bell how we look and she couldn't wait. Is she a ham?!!! She talks to Tinker Bell and it is just the cutest.

Legion Picnic Party

Here is my husband (the crab) Greg and 1st vice, Pete having some fun with the photo booth hats. I think they look great.
Here is the hall all decorated. It was very festive. This picture was taken before everyone started arriving, it get full in there. It was over 90 degrees out but our air conditioners worked fine. I was so busy I never got pictures of the pie table so I'm hoping someone will send me a copy of their picture. We had so many pies we had to raffle some off.
This is Hazel and our food table. She is such a great help to me at the parties by getting all the food out and set up so beautiful.

I learned a lot from this party and will tone it down next time. I think there was too much going on for everyone and it made some cranky. All in all...it's over with and onto something else.
