matching outfits... OH MY!

Here's the first outfit I made for the "girls". This is out of my stash pile. It's a matching fleece jumper for Destiny and Amanda. My first attempt and I pray I get better. I want to get another outfit made by Tuesday for Destiny's 3rd birthday.

A day in the life of an elf... Macy's Dept. Store

Downtown Minneapolis, very tall tree, glass ceiling with a water fall coming out of it. Destiny loved it.This is an elf Destiny almost climbed up on the stage to help. He was spinning with that present on his head and it really bothered her.Grandpa being silly... his normal self.We talked with Mrs. Clause and she told us about Santa's dinner... no wonder he's so fat. Destiny looked at me like... "I want that dinner", all candy.Too cute

This was a great day. I will go again next year.

Thanksgiving

Here's dinner...
First is the Hawaiian turkey. I wrap it in the ti leaves, add the rest of the ingredients and when it's done I shred it. This turkey melts in your mouth... so yummy.
Next, I have the corn souffle, a recipe from my friend Denice. It was a great hit this year. Then we have the cake with attitude. Destiny wanted chocolate cake and I'm not good with that kind of decorating. She loved it anyway. This is another recipe from my friend Amy, best pie I've ever made. The last picture is of the table. I didn't even use my nice dishes this year... oh well, there's next year.

A girl and her purse(s)

Destiny posing with her purses. Daddy Chad gave her a new one and we filled it with all kinds of goodies. She had to see what Gramma was carrying to help.
